Flail Mowers, Hydraulic offset
Flail mowers are particularly great for cutting of small wattles, scrub, Bracken, gorse, blackberry and do a good job of Mulching as well.
Can also be used on normal grass and sticks, leaving your paddocks much cleaner and neater. Vineyards and orchards are known to use flail mowers, as they do a great job mulching the clippings after pruning.
All our flail mowers are heavy duty, have the hydraulic off set so making them more practical and versatile to use in and around the property.
The flail mower finish is much like that of finishing mower but can tackle the tall grass, which normally requires a slasher, but just a little slower.
The flail mower is more compact as it does not over hang from the rear as much as a slasher. This causes greater traction and stability on the front of the tractor when operating on steep ground.
